Bournemouth Bay Run takes place every year on Bournemouth seafront, and this year, runners will be warming up at the starting line on Sunday 1 April.
You don’t even have to be an experienced runner to take part, whether you’re young or old, fast or slow, there is an event to suit everyone’s ability.

For those of you that want to take on a challenge, why not pace yourself and have a go at the Half Marathon. This route takes you through Bournemouth, Boscombe and Southbourne.

If the half marathon seems a bit of a mountain, then the 10k race may be more suited.

Or if you just want to get fit, have fun and raise money for charity, the 5k Fun Run from Bournemouth Pier to Boscombe Pier and back will guarantee to get your heart pumping.

And so the little ones don’t feel left out there is also a children’s 1k Fun Run.

Half Marathon (10:00am) – UKA Affiliated £11, Unaffiliated £13
10k Special (9:30am) – UKA Affiated £8, Unaffiliated £10
5k Fun Run (11:45am) - £3

1k Childrens Fun Run (9:40am) – £1.50 to enter.
This event cannot be entered in advance or via the internet.
